HomeWalk privacy policy

Privacy Policy

HomeWalk processes sensitive home-interior media. This policy explains the product privacy model that must be reviewed before public launch.

Information HomeWalk Handles

HomeWalk may handle account details, property details, listing contact information, capture invites, iPhone scan videos, photos, ARKit metadata, LiDAR/depth data when available, generated walkthrough assets, floor plans, thumbnails, guided-tour narration, captions, buyer room saves, room questions, lead requests, analytics events, and diagnostic records.

How Information Is Used

HomeWalk uses scan media and capture metadata to score capture quality, generate a 3D walkthrough, create guided and free-walk viewing assets, provide listing-ready sharing tools, operate paid generation credits, support buyer questions and showing requests, protect the service from abuse, troubleshoot failures, and maintain legal and accounting records.

Home Interior Media

Home interiors can reveal addresses, family photos, valuables, security devices, personal documents, and private living patterns. Realtors and homeowners should remove or hide sensitive items before scanning. HomeWalk should not use scan media to fabricate rooms, hide material defects, or publish synthetic property features as captured reality.

Buyer Activity

Buyer actions such as opening a share link, playing a guided tour, saving rooms, asking questions, requesting financing information, or requesting a showing may be used to help the realtor respond to that buyer. Visitor-scoped analytics and room memories should follow the consent settings configured for the listing.

Sharing and Service Providers

HomeWalk may use infrastructure providers for hosting, object storage, CDN delivery, push or webhook notifications, crash diagnostics, payment processing, and GPU reconstruction. Production deployment must use provider configurations that limit access, retain signed URL controls for protected assets, and keep raw capture media separate from buyer-visible walkthrough deliverables.

Retention and Deletion

HomeWalk includes controls for local retention policies, privacy deletion, visitor consent withdrawal, buyer analytics export, and property-level purge workflows. Production launch still requires reviewed retention schedules, backup and restore handling, immutable audit policy, incident response, and DSAR procedures.

Children and Fair Housing

HomeWalk is intended for real-estate listing workflows, not for use by children. Buyer prompts, emotional selling features, and analytics must not target, rank, describe, or recommend homes based on protected classes or protected-class proxies.

Contact and Requests

Before launch, HomeWalk needs a published support and privacy-request contact. Until that contact is configured, realtor teams should not treat this draft as a completed public privacy notice.

This page is a product-ready draft surface for legal review. App Store privacy labels, terms, regional disclosures, buyer analytics disclosures, and crash-data disclosures still require final approval before public release.
