HomeWalk terms of service

Terms of Service

These terms describe the product rules for scanning, generating, publishing, and sharing HomeWalk walkthroughs. They must be reviewed before public launch.

Use of HomeWalk

HomeWalk is designed for homeowners, realtors, brokerage teams, and buyers to capture home interiors, generate listing walkthroughs, and review those walkthroughs through guided-tour or free-walk experiences. Users are responsible for having the authority to scan, upload, publish, and share a property.

Capture and Listing Accuracy

Users must not upload unlawful, misleading, invasive, or unauthorized media. Listing facts, measurements, disclosures, renovations, availability, social proof, and realtor claims must be truthful and attributable. HomeWalk may provide quality guidance and generated metadata, but the realtor or listing owner remains responsible for reviewing buyer-visible content before publication.

Paid Generation Credits

Recording, importing, and preflight review may be available before payment. Generation credits pay for GPU reconstruction, deliverable preparation, hosting policy, and listing-ready outputs. A credit should be authorized before generation and captured when processing starts. Failed or unusable generation jobs may be eligible for refund or replacement-credit review according to the configured App Store, payment, and operations policy.

Generated Walkthroughs

Generated walkthroughs are based on submitted capture evidence. HomeWalk should not be used to fabricate unscanned rooms, hide defects, alter fixed property features, or present synthetic geometry as captured reality. Free-walk collision, floor plans, measurements, and room labels may be approximate and should be reviewed before buyer publication.

Buyer Links and Leads

Realtors may share walkthrough links by text, email, QR code, listing page, or social post. Buyer questions, saved rooms, showing requests, and financing requests may be routed to the realtor or brokerage team according to the listing consent and notification settings.

Compliance Rules

Users must follow Fair Housing, MLS, brokerage, consumer-protection, privacy, advertising, endorsement, payment, and App Store rules. HomeWalk must not be used for discriminatory targeting, fake urgency, invented demand, hidden fees, confusing cancellation, misleading endorsements, or privacy-hostile sharing.

Availability and Operations

Reconstruction, CDN delivery, notifications, diagnostics, identity, and payments rely on third-party and self-hosted infrastructure. Production launch requires configured provider credentials, monitoring, backups, retention, incident response, and release evidence before paid public traffic is enabled.

This page is a product-ready draft surface for legal review. Final public terms still need company identity, governing law, support contact, refund policy, App Store purchase language, liability limits, and regional review.
